Al Gana secures BD4.8 million contract for elite villa project
Abaad, a real estate investment firm, has awarded a BD 4.8 million contract to Al Gana Constructions, to build Phase One of Banan Saar Villas, the 35 residential units located in one of the most luxurious areas in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Manama, Bahrain: Abaad, a real estate investment firm, has awarded a BD 4.8 million contract to Al Gana Constructions, to build Phase One of Banan Saar Villas, the 35 residential units located in one of the most luxurious areas in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
"Banan Saar is one of the most distinguished housing projects, located in a prime, secure area," said Ahmed Yusuf, CEO of Abaad Real Estate. "Phase one of the project is spread over an area of 14,700qm, and a total built up area of 13,212 sqm."
On the reason behind awarding Al Gana Constructions, Yusuf said: "The company holds a rich background in developing residential and commercial projects, and we are looking forward to extend this partnership to include other projects in the future."
Banan Saar is built in two phases covering a total land area of more than 27,000 sqm. Phase one will consist of 35 villas and phase two will consist of 22 villas, designed to offer a luxurious lifestyle surrounded by a harmonious and serene environment, which blends together with the surrounding neighbourhood.
