Dubai: Al Fara'a Properties, the flagship subsidiary of Al Fara'a Construction, Industrial and Property Group, yesterday said it has completely sold out the first phase of the Dh505 million 'Image Residences', days after the launch of the luxury residential project.
Attracting interest from regional and global investors for the project, the developer seeks to leverage the project's sales performance to further strengthen its expansion plans.
The developer also completed its participation at the recently concluded Cityscape Abu Dhabi held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, where it showcased its latest project and complete portfolio.

Comprising a 17-storey and 11-storey tower, the development will boast of smart home technology, in addition to other amenities.
