The Dubai Financial Market is closed on Monday for a holiday declared to bolster security arrangements for US President George W. Bush's visit to the emirate.

Dubai: The Dubai Financial Market is closed on Monday for a holiday declared to bolster security arrangements for US President George W. Bush's visit to the emirate.
All state and private institutions were closed on Monday, the state news agency said.
