Amlak and Tamweel halted on Dubai bourse
Shares in mortgage lenders Tamweel and Amlak are suspended on the Dubai bourse, pending receipt of the details of their merger, the bourse said in a statement on its website.
Dubai: Shares in mortgage lenders Tamweel and Amlak are suspended on the Dubai bourse, pending receipt of the details of their merger, the bourse said in a statement on its website.
The two firms announced on Sunday they would merge under the Real Estate Bank, a government-owned entity, and form a bank.
