Al Rawabi retracts price hike
Al Rawabi Dairy Company, a leading UAE milk and fruit juice producer, yesterday retracted a hike in prices of its products without giving any reason.

- The company’s previous attempt to increase prices of products was also called off following a warning by the Ministry of Economy in March to dairy companies not to increase prices.
Dubai: Al Rawabi Dairy Company, a leading UAE milk and fruit juice producer, yesterday retracted a hike in prices of its products without giving any reason.
It told local retailers “the price increase will be postponed until further notice,'' within days of sending them a revised price list.
The company's previous attempt to increase prices of products was also called off following a warning by the Ministry of Economy in March to dairy companies not to increase prices.
