Dubai: Dubai Infinity Holdings (DIH) will train UAE women in corporate leadership under its 'Style 7 Programme' and appoint women in leadership positions within DIH.
The Style 7 programme will harness undiscovered talent by giving UAE women access to a mentoring programme, which will develop entrepreneurial, and leadership skills. The programme is spearheaded by Samira Abdul Razzak, CEO of DIH.
The programme will merge hands-on field experiences and expose the women to international best practices in seven categories such as architecture, project management, marketing, engineering, hospitality management, development, interior design.
Candidates will get the opportunity to be mentored by Razzak.
On completion of the 18-month training and mentoring programme, there will be a special selection process overseen by a DIH team to appoint the top seven candidates in strategic leadership positions within the company.
"Women assuming key leadership positions will contribute to the socio-economic development of the UAE," said Razzak.
