Abu Dhabi University and Khalifa Fund to host leadership forum
MoU to provide business events in Abu Dhabi
Dubai: The Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, established to support and develop small, medium and developed enterprises in Abu Dhabi, has forged a strategic alliance with Abu Dhabi University to organise a series of pioneering business events in the capital.
Sealing a Memorandum of Understanding were Dr Ahmad Khalil Al Mutawa, CEO, Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, and Ali Saeed Bin Harmal Al Daheri, chairman of Abu Dhabi University.
These events and executive development programmes will be part of the Leadership Series, a series of events reflecting the objectives of the Abu Dhabi 2030 Economic Vision and the mission of the Khalifa Fund.
The series will include forums and executive training programmes and will tackle innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership which are key elements in the development of a diversified modern economy.
Presented by Abu Dhabi University and the Khalifa Fund, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forums will provide a platform for the communication of new ideas and practical case studies that will help develop young entrepreneurs and drive innovation in established businesses.
The first event in the series will be the Abu Dhabi Innovation Forum to be held on January 11 and 12, 2010.
