Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry modifies Ramadan timings

Dubai: In order to serve its members and the business community better through its head office, branches and representative offices spread out all over the emirate, Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has modified its Ramadan working hours starting Saturday, August 22, the first day of the holy month of Ramadan.
The new timings will also help the staff members avoid the peak hour traffic rush as most of the offices work from 9am to 3pm during Ramadan.
The head office working hours during Ramadan are from 8am to 2pm, Sunday to Thursday, while the Membership and Documentation Services Department at the Chamber headquarter dealing with the issuance of Certificates of Origin and registration and renewal of membership, will also function on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm to facilitate the business community complete their important business documentation.
The DAFZA and Jebel Ali branches working hours are also from 8am to 2pm, Sunday to Thursday, but the Jebel Ali branch also functions on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm while the representative offices at Al Aweer will be open from 9am to 2:30pm; DED and Al Twar from 8:30am to 1:30pm and JAFZA from 9am to 2pm.
