Dubai: Hydra Properties, the UAE-based international property developer, has officially unveiled its latest project, the Hydra Tripoli Tower.

The tower is the first of a series of luxury and lifestyle projects planned for Libya and North Africa.

Following the birth of Hydra Libya Real Estate Company which was established to handle the Hydra's operations in the North African region, the Hydra Tripoli Tower is positioned to become the jewel of the capital's skyline.

According to the developer, the "project will emanate a sense of magnificence and sheer luxury with its amenities, facilities and breathtaking views."

Dr Sulaiman Al Fahim, chief executive of Hydra Properties, said, "When we ventured into North Africa, we made a commitment - and that is to continually promote a luxurious life-style among citizens of the region by offering prestigious projects that combine both stunning form and exceptional function. It gives me great pleasure to launch our first project in this part of the world that will set new benchmarks in lavish living and quality real estate."

The Hydra Tripoli Tower will bank not only on its complete offerings, but most importantly on its prime location at the heart of the Libyan capital. Providing astounding views of Tripoli's waterfront, the tower's location is only 10 minutes away from the Matiga Airport and 20 minutes away from the international airport. With the back-to-back offering of opulence and convenience, the tower will be developed in the central business district in downtown Tripoli and will be a short walk away from the city's main square as well as the Gold Market.

As a mixed-use tower, the Hydra Tripoli Tower will rise 45 floors into the sky and feature state-of-the-art facilities to adequately satisfy retail, hospitality, and commercial requirements.

A hotel will cover 15 floors of the tower, while offices and commercial establishments, all vying for the most quintessential corporate address in Libya, will occupy the remaining 30 floors.
