Dubai: Dubai Contracting Company (DCC) has been awarded a turnkey contract to construct a new mixed-use tower in Meydan City.
Located in the heart of Dubai's new urban frontier, the project comprises a total built up area of 300,000 square feet dedicated to luxurious residential commercial and office spaces.
The tower is a significant addition to the Meydan City development, comprising 26 storeys, including two basements, a ground level, and five podium floors.
Catering to both professional and residential needs, this high-quality, modern tower will reflect the standards applied to all DCC turnkey projects.
"Located 7km from the Dubai International Airport, Meydan City is positioned as a major future hub for Dubai, and the expectations for the project are high," said Ian Harper, contracts director at DCC.
