Dubai: Dubai Properties, a member of Dubai Holding, yesterday opened advance bookings for residential, commercial and retail units at its Dh50 billion Culture Village.
The company claims the 40 million square foot Creekside project will put Dubai among the cultural capitals of the world.
A pre-launch booking opportunity is being offered for early reservations in Culture Village projects developed by the firm.
Hashim Al Dabal, CEO of Dubai Properties, said: "Culture Village is not only a distinct project in terms of the cultural dimension that it will add to the Dubai environment, but we also have witnessed high investment activity which can only be an indication of the confidence that investors have in Dubai."
Developers say the project will be a focal point of international cultural activities like theatre, ballet, opera and classical music. It will also feature dance academies and art schools.
