Alumco, CPC tie up for new Dh100m factory in Algeria
UAE company Alumco LLC and Saudi Arabia-based Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) announced on Monday the signing of a MoU to set up a new aluminium extrusion factory in Algeria.
Dubai: UAE company Alumco LLC and Saudi Arabia-based Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) announced on Monday the signing of a MoU to set up a new aluminium extrusion factory in Algeria.
The project will involve investments totalling Dh100 million. The new factory, spread over 100,000 square metres, will have an initial production capacity of 50,000 tonnes per year.
Work on the project is expected to start within six months from the signing of the MOU with completion due within nine months to one year.
