Bin Shabib named first law firm to locate in DIFC
Bin Shabib and Associates (BSA) is the first UAE-based law firm to be registered to operate out of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) as an Ancillary Service Provider.
Dubai: Bin Shabib and Associates (BSA) is the first UAE-based law firm to be registered to operate out of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) as an Ancillary Service Provider.
BSA is well known for its expertise in working in the most significant developments in the market, including IPOs, and Sharia complaint financing. The industries and sectors the firm is involved in include governments, real estate, banking and finance and transport.
Dr Omar Bin Sulaiman, director-general of the DIFC, said: "We have seen the dynamic growth of BSA in the last decade and are happy with the development of the local business."
The founder of the law firm, Dr Rashid Bin Shabib, said: "Operating within the DIFC, which is becoming a local hub for financial activities, will now be even more beneficial for our clients who value our expertise in the UAE market."
BSA will move its head office to the DIFC this year.
