Air Arabia to double frequency of flights to Mumbai from tomorrow
Budget carrier Air Arabia yesterday said that, beginning tomorrow, the number of flights to Mumbai will double to twice a day from the airline's primary hub in Sharjah.
Dubai: Budget carrier Air Arabia yesterday said that, beginning tomorrow, the number of flights to Mumbai will double to twice a day from the airline's primary hub in Sharjah.
Every day, afternoon flights will depart Sharjah at 4:36pm and arrive in Mumbai at 9pm.
Return flights will depart Mumbai at 9:45pm and arrive in Sharjah at 11:05pm.
Evening flights will depart Sharjah at 11:35pm and arrive in Mumbai at 4am.
Return flights will depart Mumbai at 4:45am and arrive in Sharjah at 6:05am.
Commitment
"This move underscores Air Arabia's commitment the burgeoning Indian market and the city of Mumbai," said AK Nizar, Head of Commercial Department, Air Arabia.
"Today, even more people in the large Indian expatriate population living in the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region can take advantage of our extensive Middle Eastern and international network. We currently serve 11 destinations in India, and we are keen on continuously providing the best value for money service to this rapidly emerging nation."
The other destinations Air Arabia serves in Indian are, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Ahmdedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Jaipur, Nagpur, Kozhikode and Delhi.
