Quick resolution please

This letter is being sent in hope of a quick resolution as I have seen many other complaints being sorted thanks to Gulf News. In my previous phone bill, I was charged for packages I had not subscribed to. A total of Dh1,056 was charged and in spite of numerous calls and follow-ups, nothing has been done. Every time I call to check the status, I am told that this complaint is being sent to the senior manager and marked urgent. I have been following up since June 14 and got the same response. The customer service representative even agreed with the fact that I have been charged incorrectly. Why is this taking so long when etisalat have said they resolve complaints within seven days? There has been no follow-up from their side at all!
