Desert safari
The UAE is a country known for its desert, so this holiday, why not try one of the desert safari package offered by many companies? The safari usually includes dune bashing, a camp in the desert with a barbeque and a belly dancer. And when you're there you can go wild with dune buggies and camel rides.

Stroll the corniche
If you like feeling the light breeze at night, why not head to one of the UAE's longest corniches? Abu Dhabi Corniche extends almost 6km with several gardens and playing areas for children. You can have a walk, jog or even cycle on separate cycling tracks.

Hit the beach
Nothing is better than relaxing on the beach, getting a tan and a good swim. You can enjoy it in different public beaches in UAE. For Dubai residents, Jumeirah Beach Park is the ultimate place, and for Sharjah resident Al Mamzar Park is vast, with a unique location.

A day at Jebel Hafeet
At the top of Jebel Hafeet is a magnificent view that looks out over Al Ain. At the base of the mountain are natural springs and a large park with rivers of hot water running through and two swimming pools. You can walk or drive up the mountain, or if you are less adventurous, there is a small hill in the park that is popular with climbers and children.
