Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and fiance Kanye West have spoken to architects to construct a temporary balcony at their wedding venue so they can kiss in public like Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, did after taking their nuptial vows.
The royals shared a kiss on the Buckingham Palace balcony after they got married.
Kardashian and West, who have a ten-month-old daughter North together, are expected to tie the knot at France’s Chateau Louis XIV next month and are keen to replicate the first public kiss between the young royals after they married three years ago.
In an attempt to do this they will have the outdoor gallery constructed to embrace on in front of fans, reports contactmusic.com.
“Architects have quoted £200,000 (Dh1.2 million) to build a temporary balcony. Kim has fallen in love with the place,” said a source.
Meanwhile, West has been planning further celebrations, including a wedding rehearsal dinner and cocktails the night before their nuptials, and is in negotiations to exclusively hire both the Eiffel Tower’s restaurants, 58 Tour Eiffel and Le Jules Verne, as well its conference room.
