Dubai: Al Futtaim Honda, the exclusive distributor of Honda cars, bikes, marine engines and power products in the UAE, has launched Consumer Happiness Counters Initiative across all its locations in Dubai.

The special counters will ensure that customers’ feedback is dealt with quickly and effectively. The move comes in partnership with the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection (CCCP) sector at Dubai Economy (Department of Economic Development).

The initiative is in line with the vision of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to make happiness and positivity an inherent part of the UAE lifestyle.

A delegation from Dubai Economy led by Abdul Latif Al Marzouqi, senior manager of Consumer Awareness, visited Al Futtaim Honda showroom at Dubai Festival City recently. They were given an overview by Yolanda Delport, general manager of marketing at Al-Futtaim Honda, and Mohammad Ebrahim, government relations manager, of how Al Futtaim company creates a culture for customer happiness.
