Is ePaper free?
You will have to subscribe to view the Gulf News ePaper, but to test it out you can sign up for a free seven day trial of the service.

Will I have to give my credit card details?
When you sign up for the free seven day trial you will not be asked to give any credit card details. If you decide to take up an ePaper subscription then you will need to make a payment, if you decide against it then the trial will end and no payment will be taken.

What benefits will ePaper give me?
As well as being able to read Gulf News the way it was printed, you will also be able to search old stories (depending on level of subscription), bookmark and email articles you like, translate pieces into foreign languages and magnify the text on the page.

Is it easy to use?
The ePaper interface is easy to use and shouldn’t take much time to get used to, but if you need assistance with the more advanced features then there is a help button in the top right hand corner of the ePaper site

Can I still see the front page?
The PDF file of the Gulf News front page will still be free on the ePaper website and on www.gulfnews.com

How can I cancel?
We would hope that you wouldn’t want to cancel your subscription, but if you do you can cancel at any point by sending an email to the support desk of our partner company via the ePaper website at least two business days prior to the expiry date of your subscription.
