Cher Lloyd and Akon Dubai-bound
The stars join My Music X Festival line-up later this month
British X Factor finalist Cher Lloyd, R&B star Akon and dance act Example and DJ Wire are Dubai bound. Lloyd and Akon will hit the stage of the My Music X Festival on March 28 at Atlantis Beach, The Palm while Example and DJ Wire perform on day two of the festival.
Lloyd, of With Ur Love and Swagger Jagger fame, will be making her first trip to the UAE, while Senegalese star Akon, a frequent visitor, last performed here in November.
My Music X is a three-day festival due to begin on March 27 and includes networking and educational sessions at Dubai International Marine Club until March 30. Other stars performing at the event include Sean Paul and Eve. Tickets for day one start at Dh350 and Dh250 for day two. Entry to the daytime events is separate.
