The Palestinian Cultural Club at the American University of Sharjah celebrated the declaration of the Palestinian Independence Day mid-November at the university's main auditorium on campus.

The Palestinian Cultural Club at the American University of Sharjah celebrated the declaration of the Palestinian Independence Day mid-November at the university's main auditorium on campus.
The student club invited Mohammad Diab Al Moussa, Advisor at the Sharjah Amiri Court and Hussain Abdul Khaleq, Palestinian Consul General to the event.
The highlight of the evening was a play staged by Palestinian students on the current situation of the crisis in the Occupied Territories and included Paleestinian folk songs and dances.
The event also featured a photo exhibition by two famous Palestinian photographers.
Their photos depicted the everyday life and sufferings of the Palestinian people.
