HYS: Do you think Muslim students are having a tough time in the West?

    Yes, of course because how can you live in a society where people consider you a terrorist? It's not going to be easy. When you meet someone new, you want to give a good first impression, but what if they already have preconceived notions about you?

    I'd assume so, but then again I'm not studying over there so I don't know. My friends abroad haven't really complained about anything until now.

    I don't think so. I think everything is still the same because we haven't heard any reports of abuse. I don't think anyone is going to pay too much attention to it.

    Yes I think so because for instance in Germany, where my family lives, people are afraid of Muslims because they think they are aggressive and the whole religion is violent.
