I got into nutrition because… “I always suffered from issues such as constipation, bloating headaches and skin problems, which I now know are all related to the gut.
My favourite part of being a nutritionist is…“Seeing the enthusiasm of people and the improvements in their health when making even small gradual adjustments to their daily diet and habits. It's a great feeling of achievement for all of us.
If I wasn’t a nutrition consultant… “I would still be working in the hotel and spa/wellness business.”
