Accalia thanks the people who helped her throughout the challenge

Accalia has learnt a lot on the challenge.

I write my final entry with sadness today. It feels a little like a 'Dear John' letter. But on the contrary, I haven't 'had enough' of this fantastic journey & the relationships that have been cultivated along the way. Friendships which have changed me for the better, shown me the way & will continue on after we say our 'thank yous' & goodbyes' I don't doubt.

This is going to sound a little like an Oscars acceptance speech I'm afraid, as I do feel like a winner & I do have so many people to thank for that.

First of all I'd like to thank the Aquarius team, Louisa, Charlene & Kate for answering my cries for help & inviting me to join this awesome life changing experience. I owe you.

I thank Shana my life coach for all the 'light bulb' moments & helping me get 'unstuck'. Teaching me to understand myself, enabling me to move on & to create even more happiness, peace of mind and passion in my life. She also kicked my confidence up a notch or 10, I thank her for that.

I thank Sarah my nutritionist, who has guided, educated & nurtured me in to a healthier way of eating & living. For the first time in my life I understand.

I thank Joe my fitness instructor for the pain. Pain which I now seem to not only embrace, but will pursue. I met with Fitness First today, to sort out a years membership & continuing sessions with Joe. Who da thought.
