With only three weeks left to go before the diet challenge ends, Aquarius Diet challenger Zoe Cainrs panics

Can it really take five weeks to learn a new habit? I have totally fallen in love with the life coaching – not just the life coach Carolyn, who is about the easiest person to talk to – but the way it has already changed so many aspects of how I am dealing with daily circumstances, reactions and attitudes to things. I've noticed a huge difference already in the enthusiasm I have for upcoming life changes. I have set myself a few goals and am working towards them. It is just plain exciting.
At the 4 week weigh-in I had lost 3.4kgs. That’s not too shabby and I really hope that it keeps going in the right direction. (Which of course it will.) This week my son’s nursery is on Easter holidays and I am working from home. This means lots more options for the classes, which is really fun. I went to Aqua Aerobics this morning and two of the other challengers were also there. It was really ace to catch up with them and chat about our experiences. I think we'll all end up as really good mates after this… It’s so cool that we are already having such awesome results. And the trauma of being in a swimsuit in public wasn’t as horrific as I had thought it would be.
I have more work on this week than ever before and, while I am thrown into a slight tizz at the prospect of trying to get it all sorted, I am using the exercise classes as 'me time'. It’s a fantastic stress buster. Bring on week 6!
