Director Abhinay Deo says his upcoming comedy with Irrfan Khan will be one of the actor’s best films.
“Irrfan hasn’t done a film like this before and I am hopeful people will enjoy him in this [genre]. From a comedy point of view this is going to be Irrfan’s best film in the space. It’s an urban film. The script has turned out to be really good,” Deo said.
There is also buzz that Aditi Rao Hydari will be part of the film. According to Deo, the makers are in talks with an actress and he is not in a position to give out names.
“The film is at an advanced stage. We will go [into production] early next year,” he said.
Deo is currently looking forward to the release of his action drama Force 2 featuring John Abraham and Sonakshi Sinha. The film is set to release in India on November 18.
