Dubai: Three of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA-Dubai) customer happiness centres will remain open during the Hijri New Year holiday on Sunday.
Al Manara and Al Twar centres will provide services from 9am to 1pm, while the external centre at Dubai International Airport at Terminal 3 will receive customers round the clock to facilitate passengers procedures through the Dubai Airport.
The GDRFA in Dubai announced that all administrative and external centres will resume work on Monday.
The GDFRA urged its customers to submit their requests through the its smart application, as well as to contact them through “Amer” toll free number (8005111), which operates round the clock during all official holidays.
Customers can also contact GDRFA through social media channels and they can visit the official website www.dnrd.ae to know about the working centres’ locations.
